“This is our second year using Cole and 10.7 for our mowing and snow removal at our home and our commercial building. His communication is excellent and his pricing is very fair. This month we had him handle a few rather cumbersome trees at our commercial building. He trimmed them up beautifully and removed all of the debris - very impressed!”

“I don't write reviews but I'm making an exception. I texted Cole last year to set up snowplow service for my mother-in-law. Signed up again for this season. If you are looking for someone who's reliable, gets back to your texts and gives a fair price you want Cole and 10.7. I really appreciate the good service 10.7 gives to my mother-in-law. Thanks Cole.”

“I hired 10.7 Snow Removal to clear snow at my parent's home this season and couldn't be happier. From the first snowfall, they showed up early every time and made sure the driveway and walkways were cleared. They applied ice melt, and went above and beyond to ensure my parents had a safe environment. Their rates are reasonable and transparent, and the team always gave clear communication every step of the way. What really stood out is how friendly and professional the entire crew was. Absolutely worth the peace of mind when winter weather hits hardest. Highly recommend!”

“I have used Cole and 10.7 Property Solutions as our lawn care company since purchasing a rental home in South Bend earlier this year (2025). Cole has been extremely responsive and very easy to communicate and work with. I have recommended him and his company to neighbors and would do so for anyone looking for a reliable company to handle lawn and property maintenance for their home. Great company and great to work with!”

“Cole was quick to respond and is very reasonable in price, he also did a wonderful job of cutting my lawn. Give him a call for your lawn care and snow removal needs!”

“Due to a back injury I had to have somebody come and take care of the deep snow in my driveway and my walkways. I contacted 10.7 Snow Removal LLC, and Cole came out the very next morning and took care of it for me. This company is responsive and caring!”

“Very happy with 10.7 Property Solutions. Their honesty, transparency, fair prices and speedy communication make them a quick decision to hire. Very happy customer and grateful to have their help with my property. Thank you 10.7!”

“Our neighborhood was planning a park. We received a grant for some equipment but the grant didn't cover clearing the area and prepping the land. The lot consisted of 12 inches of weeds, thistle, old mulch, trash, ant colonies, and old torn up weed barrier. We had many bids to clean up the area but they were all way too expensive. We are a neighborhood association and we didn't have much money to work with. We didn't know what we were going to do as the playground equipment was arriving soon. Cole heard about our plight and volunteered to bring in a skid steer and he and his crew volunteered their time and equipment for free!!! They promptly cleared the land and laid weed barrier for us. They did a great job. Cole and his crew worked in the hot sun and wouldn't even let us buy them lunch. We really appreciate 10.7 Property Solutions!!”
